behind the establishment of the college, the growth of youths

Daud, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, yesterday.
He was the chief guest during the certificate presentation for 80
students from the Laksamana College of Business (LCB).
Also present were John Saville, the British High Commissioner;
Pehin Orang Kaya Ratna Setia Dato Setia Hj Awg Abdul Hapidz bin
Pehin Orang Kaya Laksamana Hj Awg Abdul Razak, the Director of LCB
(B) Sdn Bhd; Ian Pirie, the Director of Kensington College of
Business (KCB), London; and Datin Hjh Zaliha bte Hj Mohiddin, the
Acting Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and
Sports; various senior government officials, students and invited
guests.
"With the collapse of the social divide, due to the overall
creation of infrastructure in which village areas have changed into
a new town or city, as well as supported by developing field of ITC,
the conventional method of education is not enough to provide for
the demand of various fields of knowledge that is needed in a
fast-changing community," the chief guest said.
