A business presentation was yesterday held
at the Laksamana College of Business (LCB), drawing the
participation of over 10 of its second and third year students.
On hand to deliver the presentation was Mr Ian Pirie, the
Director and Principal of Kensington College of Business (KCB),
London. The presentation also served as a pre-departure briefing for
these students who will be pursuing their third and final year at
KCB.
KCB is a partner college of the University of Glamorgan and is
validated by Northumbria University.
KCB - established as a Specialist Training Centre for Management
qualifications in 1982 - was originally situated in Kensington.
It has expanded rapidly and currently operates from a large
well-equipped centre in central London, in addition to conducting
courses nationwide - namely Birmingham, Bristol, Worthing and the
Channel Isles. Meanwhile, LCB was established in Brunei as a business course
provider. It is located at the most strategic area in Bandar Seri
Begawan, providing courses ranging from professional to academic
qualifications.
The presentations covered the KCB facilities - including its
library and IT facilities - accommodation, living expenses as well
as the study plan and tuition fees.
