 Guest of honour presents the certificate to
one of the graduating students.
In conjunction with its
second anniversary, Laksamana College of Business held a graduation
ceremony for more than fifty students who graduated.
The ceremony was graced by the guest of honour, Deputy Minister
of Home Affairs, Pehin Dato Paduka Haji Dani bin Haji Ibrahim.
Present at the function was the Director of Laksamana College of
Business, POKRS Dato Paduka Haji Awang Abdul Hapidz bin POKL Haji
Awang Abdul Razak. He presented the KCB certificates to the
graduates.
Also in attendance were Laksamana College of Business and
Kensington College of Business Director, Mr Ian Pirie and Deputy
High Commissioner of the United Kingdom to Brunei, Mr Martin Walley.
The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of
certificates to the BA Common Year 1, University Foundation and
Pre-Foundation students by the guest of honour.
The top three students for BA Common Year 1 were Thuraya Farhana
Hj Said, Ak Omar Ali Pg Hj Manshor and Mona Nurdiyana Hj Mohamad
while Hj Mohd Khairul Rijal Mudim Hj Safar, Suryani Dato Paduka Awg
Serbini and Dk Yura Masitah Pg Syed Mohd Isa were named the three
best University Foundation students. They received their
certificates from the deputy minister.
The deputy minister also presented certificates to the best
Pre-Foundation students, Dk Hafizah Pg Hj Manshor, Dyg Noorzawani Hj
Awg Abu Bakar and Zulfadli Hj Awg Yusof.
At the ceremony, Mr Ian Pirie presented the KCB Diploma
certificates while Mr Martin Walley presented the KCB Higher Diploma
and the KCB Advanced Diploma certificates to the respective
students.
The ceremony was witnessed by the Manager of Laksamana College of
Business, Hj Suhaimie Hj Besar.
