Laksamana College of Business is a subsidiary of Kensington College of Business, London, established in year 2003 in Brunei Darussalam as professional business course provider. Laksamana is located at the most strategic area in Bandar Seri Begawan. LCB, Brunei provides courses ranging from professional to academic qualifications.

Kensington College of Business was established in 1982 as a Specialist Training Centre for Management qualifications. The college was originally situated in Kensington, it has expanded rapidly and now operates from a large well equipped centre in central London in addition to conducting courses nationwide in: Birmingham, Bristol, Worthing and the Channel Isles. KCB has over 1000 students from all over the world mixing harmoniously on a full-time, part-time and distance learning basis. KCB College is a partner college of the University of Glamorgan and validated by Northumbria University, Newcastle.
